Why This Event Works
Every team building event ends with a heartfelt moment: designing an actual ‘hand bag’ and writing a personal message to the recipient of your prosthetic hand.
It’s a powerful reminder of the real impact behind your teamwork – a true reward for your efforts.
It’s Totally Different
A genuinely refreshing experience that fully engages your entire team. 100% feel good factor!
Built Around Teamwork
Teams work closely together, focussing on a shared goal. It is non-competitive.
Real Impact
Every hand reaches a person in need. The feel good impact of the event is amplified.
FROM TEAM EVENT TO IMPACT
Where’s the proof?
The assembled hands and devices are shipped to partners in developing countries where the hands are fitted to their new owners – TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE.
We will take photos of the recipients together with the ‘hand bags’ that your team decorated. We then share these photos with you. GOOSEBUMP MOMENTS!

Why Leaders Choose The Hand Project for Their Teams
“We’ve done many team building activities over the years, but this was different. Building a hand prosthesis together created a strong sense of purpose and connection within our team. Knowing that our work would directly improve someone’s life made the experience truly meaningful.”
Michael Schneider
“The workshop was incredibly well structured and engaging. Everyone contributed, regardless of role or background. It brought our team closer together while reminding us why collaboration truly matters — beyond business results.”
Anna Keller
“This workshop combined everything we look for in team development: collaboration, inclusion and real social impact. Our employees still talk about it months later. It’s a powerful experience we would highly recommend to any organization.”
Thomas Weber
“All in all, the experience was great and the feedback from my team was extremely positive. Despite the serious subject matter, we also had fun and the teamwork aspect in particular was not neglected during the “one-handed” assembly. I am still enthusiastic because the transition to technical topics was also very successful under the motto “Power of Purpose”. Really a great format and I would also like to thank you for your professional advice in advance!”
Lutz Meyer
“I left your event quite inspired about how a few hours of time can make a true impact on a lifetime of happiness for others who are less fortunate.”
Chris Epple
“I have to say that what you do is really touching. I watched the videos and they brought tears to my eyes. It’s so good to do good and help people who are not as lucky as us.”
Sabine Baker
“The workshop was very intensive and a great experience. Everyone was enthusiastic!”
RogerCEO
“It was a very interesting experience. We also laughed a lot.
Thank you very much for this great project.”
Tina Gasch
“Everyone thought it was really great to be able to contribute something meaningful.
At the same time, they found the group work—especially when using the koozies—very enriching and were really happy to have created something together, especially when they were able to solve something tricky together.
Thanks again for this great idea and organization!”
